Team Flannel
The legend that is Team Flannel is a team of fly fishing and outdoor enthusiasts who embark on epic journeys throughout Sweden on a quest for trout, grayling and pure outdoor excitement.
History
Team Flannel began with an idea sprung from, none other than a lunch at a Thai restaurant in Rättvik. Next to the Thai restaurant is a general store/clothing store and on that particular late summer morning, there were flannels on sale. This sparked an idea upon Davie, who said "How cool would it be to all where the same flannel while fishing!" What started as sort of a joke turned into a full fledged hunt after the perfect flannel.
After endless discussions, comparisons and reviews, it was decided that Team Flannel would be best outfitted with Fjällräven Duck Flannels in burnt-red.

Team Flannel Motto
"Ands they came forth, unto the lands of the North and set thyn flyflines uponth the stream. Whenst he gaveth unto them a virtuous bounty of brown, rainbow and grayling. And yey did they rejoice, garbed in flannel, they ate forth merrily of the smoked flesh and drankth of the port."

Johan V. (SWE)
Wherever Team Flannel may go, Johan is sure to follow. Johan is a very active outdoorsman and enthusiast of everything from sea kayaking to skiing. Although he began fly fishing only a few years ago, Johan is becoming a very good fisherman though a bit of his time goes into parenting/taking care of his trusty sidekick, Morrison.

Morrison (SWE)
Morrison is Team Flannels mascot. Although he has not been on every adventure, he is always a welcomed and much loved member of the team. Morrison provides great company, wake up licks to the face in the tent and guard over the campsite. He has also been known to steal trout on the fire. Just as Johan, Morrison is an outdoor enthusiast and is very keen to join in any outdoor adventure.

Tolik K. (BLR)
Tolik, although not present for several of Team Flannels fishing adventures for the season of 2009, is one of Team Flannel's original members. Tolik has joined in on the annual Hårkan & Långan fishing trips for the past few years and will continue to do so in the future. Tolik loves being outside, and although he has yet to pick up fly fishing, he is an excellent "mushroom hunter." Tolik is very skilled and contributes to the table with LOTS of mushrooms no matter where and when we are out. With "50-grams" as a Team Flannel motto, taken from Tolik of course, Tolik is a part of every adventure.
